ArtLynx Art Consulting is pleased to be working with Christine Duval at Duval Contemporary at 2015 Art Silicon Valley / San Francisco International Contemporary + Modern Art Fair. The world class art fair is being held in Northern California at the San Mateo Event Center October 8-11, 2015.  

CODE AND NOISE, curated by Christine Duval, is an exhibition that presents eleven artists from Chicago, New York, the Bay Area, China and Japan who use, create or leverage software to produce works that are engaging, stimulating and allow us to ponder on many current issues such as the environment, memory, art history, data collection and surveillance.  JD Beltran & Scott Minneman, Mel Day & Frank Ham, Laurie Frick, James Lanahan, Ligorano/Reese, Clive McCarthy, Simon Pyle, teamLab and Yang Yongliang.

 

About Art SV/SF

 

Art Silicon Valley/San Francisco (Art SV/SF) is Art Miami’s International Contemporary and Modern Art Fair on the West Coast, centrally located between Silicon Valley and San Francisco. The second edition will run October 8-11, 2015 at the San Mateo Event Center and will showcase important artworks of the 20th and 21st centuries in collaboration with some of the world’s most respected galleries and art institutions.

 

In keeping with Art Miami’s high standards of quality, the Fair will offer a sophisticated, curated setting that showcases blue-chip Post-War and Modern works as well art by top Contemporary, Emerging and New Media artists.

 

The VIP Preview on October 8th, sponsored by Ruinart Champagne, will benefit ScholarMatch. Founded by author Dave Eggers, ScholarMatch began as a simple crowdfunding platform and grew into a full service college-access organization. Their mission is to make college possible for underserved youth by matching students with donors, resources, colleges, and professional networks. ScholarMatch helps more than 500 students per year realize their college dreams.             

The fair also offers innovative cultural programming including on-site installation projects, interactive art, artist talks and fair tours for all audiences and taste levels.

The Silk Road Art Walk of Skaneateles is an exciting multi-venue art exhibition of painting, calligraphy, photography and video animation by internationally acclaimed artist Lampo Leong.
